Thanks James, The fingering markup works great for single notes (regular non-markup makes numbers a tad too big). But I seem to get an error for noteheads within chords "cannot add text scripts to individual note heads". Anyone know of a way around this? Thanks! On Sat, Jan 8, 2011

hello a few months ago i started using lilypond. what a wonderful software! but i have a little "problem": i know how to add fingerings (eg. c'-2), but how to add multiple fingerings (eg. 5-3 or 534) ? i tried, like in the manual, with the \markup { \finger "5-3" } but this won't work. there is
