Here is snippet.
It is Chinese character in the lyric.
In Chinese music note name uses (i)1 2 3 4 5 6 7 or (ii) do re mi fa so la ti.
I find language “italiano” very close to (ii), therefor my snippet use language
“italiano” for note name and use “Chinese” for lyr

Well you can basically do that:
