Unfortunately I haven't been able to reproduce the error after reverting back to 2.22.0 (the file that caused the error also grew significantly while using the dev-version), but I will recompile lilypond with debug symbols and if I run into something alike again I will look into it and let you know

Hello Miguel, I've only been coding LP for a short while so my suggestion may not be the best way. I took your code and changed 2 things: 1. the existing Staff definition was problematic, I couldn't understand the errors, so suggest this Staff definition before the music, \new Staff = "bass
