Finally, I think this has to do with the chord name font, not with chord
names file.
So please consider ma question as solved.

When I add the chord names the pdf becomes much heavier (100 to 160 ko).
For only 4 characters (C, F and C7) this seems to me quite a lot.
Can someone explain me the reason of this heavy output?
Is there another way to minimized the pdf size?
