I agree with Mats. As a further caution, Rune: if your patch
significantly changes the input format, the chances of it being accepted
are lower.

There's a proposal to rename the three subsections in Pitches to:
1.1 Input (writing pitches)
1.2 Modifying (changing pitches)
1.3 Output (displaying pitches)
The subsubsections will remain exactly the way they are on opihi right
now; this is only a proposal about renaming the subsections.

I've done some updates on Pitches, and considered all the discussion.
Here's the list of tasks for other people to tackle:
- key signature: what should be done about the warning about
expecting "\key g \major f4" to produce "fis" ? rewrite
section?
- FORMATTING
- finish setting up new tab
Ok, let's start the other half of real GDP work (two halves:
formatting and rewriting) by examining Pitches. As always, please
