py2app seems quite difficult to setup on a mac. I tried pyinstaller, but
that's for now beyond my capabilites.
Perhaps someone with more Python knowledge could try to build a mac binary
using that way.

Oh, wow - I had no idea about that bug. Honestly, in my experience,
Frescobaldi has always been near-instant loading and wicked fast in usage -
but thanks for the heads up! :)
