Is there an accepted normal practice for page numbering when music is printed
2-up on both sides of a sheet? Are the pages numbered at all? To be more
specific, if I have four A4 (USletter) pages printed 2-up on A3 (11x17) are
they normally numbered and, if so, what is the first page number?
