If you want to add 10mm space between each score line, add the following
LaTeX
definition in the preamble of your LaTeX file.

beetween two systems. It seems to me that the command
\paper {
between-system-space = 25\mm
}
is disabled by the command:
\include "lilypond-book-preamble.ly"
