This is either bug or the most incredible subtlety. Regarding the attached .ly file; notice how the same code is used 4 times, but each time the PhrasingSlur is started at a different place; now notice how the only time that the scheme code works correctly is when the slur is started at the start

Greetings, I attach a minimal example of my problem. I have some tweaking to do of slurs, by overriding control-points. I have hit a problem when I try to do this across a line-break; as can be seen in the attached file. Is there any way of doing this over line-breaks? Is this a bug, or could i
