I want to install lilypond for a colleague who only has a 14.4Mb/s dial-up connection (don't ask!). Can I download the relevant files on my (faster) connection, burn a CD, and install them on the target machine? Presumably this means a copy of Cygwin plus a .tar.gz of lilypond, but what else? A
