specialist in user interface design evaluates development every step of
the way. The most successful development projects in industry
User Experience engineering does not require a GUI or an abandonment of the
programming and typesetting approach. It does not require the abandonment
of providing detailed features. What it requires is that the language
and documentation are clear and that functionality doesn't require time-

ures, which can be added later.
Every 10 minues spent system administrating and installing things is 10
minutes that real work doesn't get accomplished.

I would like to have a better idea of how to integrate Lilypond output
with text.
In the case of Windows and Word, which is what I have readily available at
present, I would have to insert the Lilypond output as a picture in the
Word document. The Lilypond output is a .pdf file.

Has anyone integrated Lilypond with troff? Is there a supported version
of troff for Windows?
Lilypond and troff would provide complete typesetting including text,
music and math. (However, I have not been able to typeset linear algebra
matrices with eqn in troff).

1. Don't use the .ly file extension. Keep the name as .txt, with the
file type as Text File and with Notepad in the Open With field in
Properties.

problems.
I received a message when trying to place it in Program Files, so I installed
