in lilypond-1.6.8 german-chords seem to be broken, see e.g.

It works correctly when I copy the following lines from
german-chords-init.ly to chord-name.scm
#(define german-Bb #f)
#(define (pitch->chord-name-text-banter pitch)
...
Hello,
in the enclosed example, the second voice should have the lyrics as does
the second staff. What am I doing wrong?
I am using lilypond-1.6.5 (cygwin).
