I stumbled upon the Lilypond Tool project on Source Forge
because it was mentioned in a post on this forum.

When I run lilypond with the --png command line switch, the generated
PNG file is the size of the printed page. How can I make this image small
enough
so the image is cropped? It is rather tedious to open the file with GIMP and
manually crop the image.
The image created from the input file belo

I would like to see the Lilypond examples to include annotations in

I asked a Dutch fellow I work with to read the names out for me.
Nienhuys sounds like "Neen house" but the "s" is very soft
Nieuwenhuizen sounds like "Newin' house-en"
Maybe the Lilypond authors could record sound bytes of their names?

and everything is working fine.
Until now I have used MUP for typesetting but decided to learn
Lilypond.
I looked for the mup2ly script in the bin directory but
