It would be nice if such settings could be specified in the regular \repeat
commands, as can be done in MusicXML:

Thanks Robin, but to difficult to do something with yout link... I
synchronized both Secondo and Primo (turn of pages), and import the PDF's
into Master PDF Editor. I'm able to do pratically all what is required to
have a excellent 4 hands PDF.
