The situation is as follows. A pipe tune made up of two parts where each part
is repeated once. The first part has an alternative ending when played the
second time. This appears on a shortened line of its own. The second part
also has an alternative ending when play the second time and this matche

Hello all,
I just would like to make one more little comment about this post of mine:
after reading an e-mail sent by one user asking me what's the big deal with
this library of mine and why do I use Fortran instead of typing these scores
of mine directly in LilyPond, I realized that I may have be
Hi Kieren
I'm glad you find it useful. One of the main drivers for me was just to dip my
toes into the wonderful world of Scheme (still not up
to the ankles yet!)
You could try it out by either saving the file in your includes folder and
calling it (see below) by \naturalizeMusic in the score

Yes, This is very good, but I only think it works for single slurs and

Hi Kieren
Yes it will force accidentals to be same type as key signature. Music in Keys
with flats will only have flat accidentals and similar
for sharp keys just sharp accidentals.
Now I don't imagine this has general use but it was a first exercise in using
scheme to interact with LilyPond.

Ah so, the passage was taken as a test and was modified to include double
sharps etc. I don't pretend that Lilypond transposition
produced anything so horrible.
This was my first attempt at scheme coding - so some of it could well be
improved.
The notes file was
