Hello LilyPond Users!
I recently posted a request about how to change the size of all text
within a document without changing the staff size. I'm wanting to
use a different font that is naturally smaller than the default Century
Schoolbook.
Someone responded this way:

I've noticed for awhile that the mi shaped notehead is wider than the other
shaped noteheads. This creates some rather unattractive misalignments when
stacked with the "do" notehead, for instance:

The difference is very small, about 0.2 staffspace. You have to
