If I have text characters at the left end of a TextSpanner, and some
of those characters are subscripted, then the centering of the
TextSpanner line seems to be calculated using the total height of both
the main and subscripted text, which puts the line at the bottom of the
main text rather th

This works with 2.12.3 (I can't test it with 2.12.4!) :

I have an ossia above a piano staff. The bar lines are joined between staves
by a bar span.
Is there a way to make the bar span a dashed or dotted line, but leave the
bar lines themselves solid?

Hello,
I'm producing parts for my overture, while finding a very frustrating visual
problem. I'd like Lilypond to auto resize staves to pages, but I know the staff
size must be set manually. Therefore, even a single line score causes all pages
to have staves running out of. When I tried to set
It looks perfectly OK to my eyes on 2.12.3 and 2.13.35. What do you think is
wrong with it?

It doesn't get better when I use \once \override NoteColumn #'X-offset

A number of my early scores have a short double slanted line between
systems. This is helpful to separate systems on a closely spaced

How can I get Lilypond to do something similar? I'm not sure what
the mark is called, but have had a look in the learning manual and
notation references i

In the snippet below, I'm trying to set up a simple numbering of the pieces.
This used to number the pieces in ascending order in version 2.12.[don't

But not any more...
