Thank you. The scaleDurations approach looks great.

I just added a bar to the score I'm working on and got the above error.
The PDF output looks fine. The error is due to a grace note in that bar,
as if I remove the grace note the error disappears. However, I have
identical grace notes in earlier bars that don't generate the same
error. I tried

Yes, using output-scale.
There's an example of its use here (for adding vertical sp
Hi dear lily users!
I'd like to know if it is possible, inside a markup, to make a
horizontal space with a value _in centimeters_ (and not in
"staff-spaces")?
Actually, I'd like to make a horizontal space of the value of "indent".
So it would be even better if we could "get" the value stored in

Hi !
I have been using the LSR for dozens of months and I really appreciate
it. Many thanks to the authors of this, and to every contributor as

But since a few days it seems that the results obtained when using the
search engine are really inconsistent.
I tried some keywords I have used s

I wouldn't change the time signature to accommodate the tremolo;

Hi Nils,
In guitar music, where altered tunings are common, a tuning legend
usually appears above the first system, on the left of the page. This
could be done by abusing the "piece" section of the \header block.
\header {
piece = "tuning legend goes here"

Hello World,
I often work with drone-instruments like bagpipes which need to know how to
tune their drones. In my handwritten notation I included the Drone indicator
below the keysig as simple text "A" or "A/E" (without absolute pitch).
It should appear anytime the keysig appears. Key-changes,

Are you aware that any LilyPond version starting 2.13 is a development version
and not guaranteed to work as you would want? Have you tried using 2.12.3,
which is the stable production version?
