Crop Marks in output and metadata

Thanks all for your help in my previous question. I am trying to set up crop marks into the pdf the comes out from lily. Is that possible? If so, there must be a way to specify its size or apearence as in TeX... right? Also, how can one put metadata into the resulting pdf? So far, not even
