Since VerticalAlignment #'forced-distance no longer exists, would the
solution be to make VerticalAxisGroup #'minimum-Y-extent large enough to
take into account such spacing issues?

Finally i found a great soundfont for classical guitar.
But the "\set Staff.midiInstrument="acoustic guitar (nylon)"" function had
to be removed to get hear the great guitar sound.
So my questions are, where is this function for and do i mis something now i
