Could you file a bug report with rosegarden? In recent lilypond, the
[] characters must come after the notes, not before. There's obviously
a problem with the rosegarden lilyond export.

Unfortunately, the font used for dynamics in LilyPond is only available
in the default bold weigh for the moment. Of course, you could change
to some standard text font, but then you get a layout that doesn't look
anything near the normal dynamic marks.
