How can I get umlaut a, e and o (and double-s) into the German text of a Bach
cantata? I believe there is a way by using \markup and \char #n, but haven't
discoved how. It didn't work when I tried it using the Manual.

I'm not yet sure if this is a lilypond-2.8.3, or a system dependency issue. I
just keep on getting the same build error, even after applying the
txt0Au64mQ5b.txt "diff" by Karl Hammar.
