I'm running LilyPond 1.6.5 on Cygwin under Win98. I'd input some music
( {SA} + {TB} + Piano) and printed it to my satisfaction. Since the
choir wanted only part transposed, I'd split the voices into "A" and "B"
- "B" being the section to be transposed. Now I am currently running
into an issue
wget -l 1 -nd -r -A pfa,map http://lilypond.org/development/mf/out/
These do work. Their names are consistent: GNU-LilyPond--.
BTW, what do the numbers mean? I assumed size but it doesn't make sense
to have a size of 0.
Thanks for pinpointing this problem.
My pleasure.

Apparently you have found a bug in version 1.6.7. It seems that a
change that was introduced in the development versions was only
partially backported to the stable series. This probably explains
a number of bug reports we have had recently, that noone has been
able to solve.
The simple workaround
They have numbers in their filenames but not in their titles:
% grep Title *
feta-braces0.pfa:%%Title: feta-braces
feta-braces1.pfa:%%Title: feta-braces
feta-braces2.pfa:%%Title: feta-braces
feta-braces3.pfa:%%Title: feta-braces
feta-braces4.pfa:%%Title: feta-braces
feta-braces5.pfa:%%Title: feta-

That map doesn't work on my system. It has numbers at the end of font
names while the pfas don't have numbers in their titles.

If you make that command
wget -l 1 -nd -r -A pfa,map http://lilypond.org/stable/mf/out/
also the lilypond.map file corresponding to the PFA files will
be downloaded!
