I have a piece which Lilypond has typset on 26 systems. The systems are
spread across four pages: 7+8+8+2. There is ample room on the pages for
these systems to be divided across three pages: 8+9+9. The input (minus
notes) looks like this:

lilypond-book in 1.6 seems to be reducing the right margin as well as
the left margin for the first line. This did not happen in 1.4.

I'm using Lily 1.6.0 on mac OS X and when i view my .dvi file the first
system is centered on the page, and the second one is on the second
page aligned to top, why is this all of a sudden?? i've never had this
before?
