the pdf OK, but the change still breaks make. Just about to try make doc to
be sure, but if you pull now make should be OK.

Janek normally helps with patches like this, but he's away from home at
present. If you don't get further response, could you try again in about a
week when he's back. Alternatively, could one of the other devs have a look at
the patch, please?

AFAIK, the only way to get a Windows build is with GUB - so it's pretty much
only Graham who can do this. Please correct me if I'm wrong, and I'll test
it if I can ge
