Raphaël Doursenaud has pointed me to an error in tablature:
showing the ottava spanner in tablature doesn't make any sense,
so I removed it. Is this patch ready to be applied?

This looks OK, apart from a few indentation issues. In particular, the
whole of `set-paper-dimensions' is slightly off.

it occasionally indents Lisp and Sch

There are several lines with trailing spaces.
You've reverted some recent changes in lily-library.scm which breaks
compilation; see `flatten-list' and `eval-carefully'.
