I'd like to have a5paper support in lilypond,
but as far as I could see it's not as easy
as specifying the papersize, right?
Actually I found the way lilypond deals with
paper formats rather confusing.
What I expected was something like this:

I would like to print out sheet music in Meloz music notation. Meloz
notation is similar to a piano tabliture, the staff looks like an octave
on the keyboard from C to C. Each line of the staff has an associated
note head shape. Here is a small example of Meloz

I just took a quick look at it. The main problem I see is that they claim
to have a patent on their notation, and that print publishers
