I've finally managed to get them playing nicely together. Commands
should be indexed with
@funindex \relative
no @code{} is required. General concepts continue to be indexed with
@cindex Concept, general
I'm not certain if the command index will be particularly useful, but
it's there now and
I actually like having a single index which includes the
commands. However, I don't like the current title of the
index (I know it's not called "Index" for silly technical reasons),
it seems that many people miss that it's actually there.
