I send a patch for these problems (in CVS and 2.5.x series):
1. in scm/define-markup-commands.scm,
because of looking up wrong glyph,
\note-by-number did not print dotted notes.
2. in mf/parmesan-heads.mf,
harmonic noteheads could not be printed

could not find some bigcheese-fonts.
Processing with no "--format" option,
LilyPond cannot find bigcheese-fonts on my PC.
There was not any serious warning on installing
the latest CVS.
But with "--format=tex", this problem
