There appears to be a bug with \showStaffSwitch or with
'\set followVoice ##t/##f' that is rather irritating. I have here
a short file that demonstrates the problem. The original form of
the melody from this fragment is
\new Voice \relative c' {
\showStaffSwitch
\stemDown c4
I have a problem with \partial, which doesn't seem to be
covered in the docs or examples I've found.
I have a piece in 4/4 with the first measure having one beat,
while the last has 3. There are 4 voices, and in each of them
I begin with something like this
\partial 4 f4 | f g f g |

I have quite a lot of lilypond source that I did back in the
1.3 and 1.6.6 days. I have almost nothing that convert-ly will
process, since it usually produces errors like those below.
(By the way, this is lilypond 2.1.0, running on a Debian woody
system with some later versions of, e.g., guile.)
