I believe that the translation infrastructure is now complete. Edit
scripts/build/create-weblinks-itexi.py to change the translations for
links to manuals and whatnot.

We used to have a nice set of cut&paste instructions. But now, in
order to get git running, I need to copy&paste from two different
sections, ignore a bunch of chit-chat, and manually type in
git checkout -b master origin/master
I think this is a step backwards. Granted, we have lily-git now,
