I'm guessing it's a bad time to ask questions, I haven't seen much
response, but I thought I'd ask again.
1) I know it's difficult to imagine that a user (i.e., not someone
who can fix a bug) has properly set up his system for convert-ly on
osx 10.4, but convert-ly on osx 10.4 does not work
