I am trying to have an incipit as part of the instrument name for each
staff. The example explains how it should look.
This goes to far well if there are no lyrics, the systems get aligned.
But if I add lyrics as in the example, there is obviously
added so much additional vertical space

configuration than just setting

I wonder why we compile snippets in input/new, as these snippets are
copied to input/lsr when running makelsr.py and input/new output is not
linked from HTML docs at all. I propose to stop making
lys-to-tely/lilypond-book running on this directory to save a bit of
build time and disk space.
