Done. I forgot to mention a dependency of mf2pt1, namely t1asm. I
suggest to add this to lilypond's configure script.
BTW, I'm surprised that the configure script of mftrace doesn't check
this...

IIRC, the measure calculation magic is done by Timing_translator,
which is on the translator part of the back-end. I'm not sure though
