found it works quite well with Lilypond's MIDI output. You

Studying the output of `make all', I've found some minor issues (note
that I've stripped all irrelevant directory prefixes):
. python buildscripts/substitute-encoding.py --outdir=mf/out \

rm mf/out/*.scale.pfa
rm: cannot remove `mf/out/*.scale.pfa': No such fil
