On the lilypond.org website, in section 5.11.7 of the notation manual,
version 2.5.2, ambitus does not show noteheads. Maybe, this is also
related to the introduction of the symmetric/up/down noteheads in 2.5.2?

I have complained about this before, but I think it's a pity that
som many useful examples have been removed from the Tips and Tricks
document. In know that many of the examples that have been moved have
been incorporated in the manual, but one thing doesn't have to exclude
