I've found the issue, I was able install tcpdump within libreelec, I saw that
the dhcp sends and receives pkts well.
so I've thought it might be related to the, I've replaced type from virtio to
e1000 and it worked.

When a guest's memory is dynamically reduced with setMemory API (and
"balloon" QMP API), I'm wondering whether the virtio-balloon driver in the
guest is consuming such reduced memory.
If so, how can I see that the memory virtio-balloon is consuming?
