I have a problem with two deleted KVMs. So far we have done everything
that is necessary:
virsh undefine [kvm-name] --managed-save --snapshots-metadata
--remove-all-storage --nvram
virsh destroy [kvm-name]
and we delete the xml-File and the .img.

libvirtd reset CPU affinity to all enabled in host CPUs, if it runs in
