support function added to python module. I also checked the API documentation
and didn't able to find any pointer for this particular function. Is API

We have upgraded the libvirt version from libvirt-1.0.5 to libvirt-1.0.6-1
on our linux machine. After this upgrade "virsh cpu-stats " command
is not working on our HardWare.
