We recently came across the following bug on Fedora:

While investigating it, we came to the conclusion that libtool seems to
wrongly deduplicate the following postdeps:
postdeps="-lstdc++ -lm -lgcc_s -lc -lgcc_s"

There is a bit of confusion in bug submissions. There are at least 3 ways I
could find being used:
- debbugs
- bug-libt...@gnu.org
- https://savannah.gnu.org/support/?group=libtool
Although the first 2 are pretty similar, submitting bugs to the mailing
list don't make them appear in debbu
