It seems that Automake 1.7 isn't automatically including m4/* in the
distribution tarball, I'm not even sure why -- there's code in
/usr/bin/automake-1.7 to do just that.
I'm going to see whether we can hack around this, but to be honest, I

so the fee will move with the gold-price

the gold-price is $13.XX/Gram around now,
let me use $15.00/Gram as standard to calculate,
so the actually fee will lower than I show for you NOW,

Nope, we would need to maintain an EXTRA_DIST list, or m4/
libtool.m4 is using the AC_DIVERT_PUSH and AC_DIVERT_POP macros in a way
that CVS autoconf seems not to like. I get this message:
configure.in:20: /usr/bin/m4: Non-numeric argument to built-in `divert'
I discovered this when attempting to build CVS pkgconfig with CVS autotools.

We are trying to build a library with GNU libtool (For Perl Inline::CPP)
on OS X Panther with the C API from mysql (And some other libraries like
Magick, which don't cause problems).
When using the libtool we get the following error:
