Looks like your system is missing ‘sed’? and maybe ‘echo’. Could you check the
lines mentioned and see which utilities libtool is trying to invoke?

Actually, I already have a patch. Please see attached file. It is very simple,
if module opening fails, in addition to "Failed" message, it prints out last
error message.
So far it is only a spot where I found useful to add verbose error reporting.

All,
OK, I found the problem, I copied the latest libtool to the srclib/apr
and srclib/apr-util and recompiled (ran make) and it worked.
