It is me who updates the English dictionaries twice a year in Gerrit:
May and November (for the next major release of LibreOffice).
Where can the ZA dictionary be found? Do you have examples of how long
it has been under development and the number of users it has?

Just to let you know that currently I am maintaining the GB and ZA
dictionaries, as everyone knows.
I have also been working on the US for months.
I believe I have a stable version of it, but I would rather not
rush things.
Heya, the thesaurus we have for English was created by Daniel Naber a
long time ago.
I once asked him how to create an up-to-date thesaurus, and Daniel gave
me a link to the script he used to build it.
I no longer remember the URL of the script, nor know who would be
willing to learn how to
