Hello!
LibreOffice installation package contains several extensions, some of which
depend on JRE and therefore cause loading errors on systems where Java is not
available.
I think it'd be nice to allow the user choose what extensions [s]he wants to
install, adding special [warning] notice to JR
AFAIK, Java is optional and is used to extend core LO functionality.
Are the warnings you get related to Java-based extensions? If yes and you're on
Windows, there's a thread with a suggestion to improve the LibreOffice installer

License terms regarding MSVS redistributable components are specified somewhere
in the Visual Studio installation directory.
