OK, So I tracked this down a bit more.
I moved my libo directory to a very deep location and rebuilt.
It failed in the xml2cmp module.
Notice the last few lines of this error - it looks like our makefile
messed something up because the "-F" option has an "o" where it should
have a "$O"

Here is a small patch that tend to address the following problem
a row set to optimal height
a cell containing a value
formated with # ###,00
vertically centered
and text wrapping allowed
actually the row height is not adjusted
The patch removes the test on "numerical cell".
