not able to clone translations from git

Hi thre, I am trying to compile latest libreoffice (version 5.0.0.1 alpha) on ubuntu 15.04. I am giving language paramater for autogen.sh for 'ta' tamil language. ( --with-lang='ta") after /usr/bin/make I get this following error fatal: unable to connect to gerrit.libreoffice.org: gerrit.l
