I build --with-system-icu, ICU version is 4.8.1.1, and I have got this:
createRuleBasedBreakIterator: ICU Error "U_ILLEGAL_ARGUMENT_ERROR" at

on i18npool/source/breakiterator/data/line.txt, where line 64 is:
