Since for the moment, it's impossible to use "make dev-install" with
lightroom enabled and nobody seems to be against it, go ahead for the patch.
If there's a pb, it could easily be reverted.

Sorry, I'll just be able to tell you if "make dev-install" or a build in
smoketoo_native works.
I'm not the one who could validate this change because I don't know what
could be the different impacts of these changes.
