I've extended it a bit and added a list of Contacts with the Maintainers
of the Dictionaries found in the READMEs. I hope that this will
encourage people to help update the dictionaries.
But the list is not complete, and there may be errors, so everyone feel
free to update or correct

I think with a patch you will create a lot of chaos (especially thinking
of versions in the future). It's better to send a list of words to Björn
OR to me, not to both of us, because then we would make the same work twice.
