the bug 36943 exists since 2006 and I tried to figure out, why it is not
possible to use the edit point mode in calc , the button is still there
but the toolbar to add, remove points to a drawn line is hidden.

we could use the list as signpost. It is very anoying to search for
german comments manually. But I disagree with editing of text on github.
What if the source changes? Without the sourcecode it is hard to
translate the text correctly sometimes.

Hello list,
I investigate the problem of two pixels (top left and bottom right)
around predefined shapes (circle, smiley, ellipse...)
You can reproduce the bug by
- Open LibreOffice Draw
- Draw a ellipse or circle
- Select your object and convert it to a polygon
- change into the edit points mode
